Our Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or change your tour date to another available date in the future before 45 days before your tour start date. If canceling, a refund will be issued for your deposit and any additional amount you have paid on the tour, if applicable.

There will be no refunds or date changes within 45 days of your tour start date.

If your tour is less than 45 days away, and you decide not to come on the tour or are unable to come on the tour for whatever reason, you will not receive a refund. You are responsible for purchasing trip cancellation insurance to cover your travel costs in case of illness, family emergency, bad weather cancellations, your country imposing travel restrictions, or any other reason that prevents you from coming on your tour.

If you do not show up for a Tour or leave during the tour, there will not be any refunds.

For cancellations before the 45-day mark, for transactions made within 180 days of the refund request, the refund will be credited to the card you paid with.  For transactions made 180 days or more before the refund request, the refund will be made with PayPal.

RE: Possibility of a Revised Agenda: Please be advised that the tour’s itinerary may be subject to modifications arising from external factors, such as, but not limited to, weather-related circumstances, road closures, civil protests, or natural disasters, over which Retire in Panama has no control. We are committed to diligently striving to provide the most optimal experience for all tour participants within the constraints of these unforeseen situations.
