This four-day tour will be from Monday to Thursday; the dates are listed below.

On Sunday before the tour, you will fly into Tocumen Airport (PTY) in Panama City. Your hotel in Panama City on Sunday night, and transport to it are included in the tour price. I you are arriving earlier, let us know to assist you with travel coordination

The tour starts in Panama City at our Hotel at 8:00 AM on Monday. The tour ends on Friday morning. Transport to PTY airport on Friday morning to catch your flight home is included. 

The Tour is All-Inclusive except for your flight to Panama, dinner on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday nights, and alcoholic beverages.

Sunday – Arrival Day in Panama City

Monday

• 6:00 - 8:00 AM Breakfast at the hotel
  
• 8:00 Meet in the hotel lobby for a quick orientation meeting
• 9:00 Leave the hotel  
  
• Visit different neighborhoods in Panama City
• Visit a condo development to discuss rentals and real estate
• Visit a Panama Hospital to see the health care services Panama has to offer
• 12:30 Have Lunch
• 2:00 Back at the hotel, we will meet to hear from lawyers, health insurance professionals, discuss banking, and all the logistics of your move.
  
• Free evening to have dinner at the hotel, or at recommended restaurants nearby
  

Tuesday

• 6:00 – 8:30 Breakfast at the Hotel
  
• 8:45 AM Check out of the hotel and load the van.
  
• 9:00 AM, head across the canal to the beach area
  
• 11:00 See beach communities just outside of Panama City
• 12:00 PM  Lunch
  
• 1:30 Visit other properties in the area
• 4:40 Check into Playa Caracol Hotel
• Dinner and evening on your own to relax by the pool and beach
  
  

Wednesday

• 6:30 – 8:00 Breakfast at the Hotel
  
• 9:00 AM Travel west towards Nuevo Gorgona
  
• 10:00 Look at residential living options in the area
  
• 12:00 Lunch in Coronado
  
• 1:30 Continue exploring Coronado and the area towards San Carlos, Santa Clara
  
• 4:00 Check into the Hotel in Santa Clara
  
• Dinner and evening on your own
  

Thursday

• 7:00 – 7:30 Breakfast at the Hotel
  
• 8:00 Head West to discover Playa Blanca, Playa Farallón, & Burnaventura
• 12:00 Lunch at Buenaventura Resort
• 1:30 Head back to Panama City
• 4:00  Arrive at panama City Hotel
• 6:30 Wind up Dinner with other expats from Panama City
